Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Standard transit normally takes 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. The normal estimated total delivery window is 5 to 8 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date.

U.S. shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Available options and the total cost for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Other destinations

If shipping outside the United States is offered, available methods, costs, duties, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We do not promise service to destinations that are not offered there.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Review your address before ordering and contact support@alanulife.it.com or 7189836715 quickly if it needs correction. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods may affect delivery. Contact us for a lost, damaged, or incomplete shipment so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
